Historically the founders of CTIBIOTECH have hosted visitors/students from many countries, including: Austria, Brazil, India, Italy, Kuwait, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela and others.
French “intern” students: Visiting students from regional universities in France are considered if approached in sufficient time. Subject to interview and confirmation with university offices. CTIBIOTECH has in the past taken students from (i) schools, (ii) first degree courses, (iii) masters level.
Visiting international students: visiting researchers from other countries are considered, subject to visa and legal requirements of the state of France and to space requirements.
International meetings: Members of CTI BIOTECH engage in medical scientific conferences, speeches in Parliament and government meetings, including in the past the European Parliament, French Senate, US government, Austrian Parliament, the Bundestag,
Local engagement: CTIBIOTECH cooperates with the regional Mayor’s office (Meyzieu-LYON) to promote education, science and careers possibilities. This includes attending the yearly Forum des Metiers, which is an open event to which school children from the region attend to hear about what different employment offers.
